With 18+ years of experience in corporate, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters, he has provided legal advocacy and strategic counsel to corporations, investors, state-owned enterprises, and government-related entities in addressing complex legal challenges, facilitating high-value transactions, and achieving the effective resolution of critical disputes. His practice spans a broad range of industries and sectors.
